1.The raw material are mixed together  .color film,wear layer ,base material are hated together by calender , dont need any glue . utop use high quality virgin material ,dont have metal or any harmful material inside , it is durable and stable ,no any formaldehyde .

2.UV :we use twice uv ,after uv coating ,spc flooring becomes more stain resistance and easy to clean ,dust and stain are easy to wipe out .

3.Cutting and slotting :after uv coating ,the big size floor will be cutted into small pcs ,and then do slotting .utop use gernamny homega slotting machine ,and the same time our staff has professional technology ,to make sure all the floor are in good conditons .

4. Packing ,use neutral or customized packing ,nice printing ,then stick the labels .When  label finished ,the box will be packed into the pallets

5.When the container comes ,the pallet will be loaded into the container by a forklift .
